📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital's mission and vision.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
• Adhere to and enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry and TGCH's specific needs is a plus.
