📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the maintenance and support of IT systems and networks.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions and technologies.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data security and compliance.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of IT documentation.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve IT-related issues.
• Support the IT team in the planning and execution of IT projects.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with IT systems and networks, including Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
