📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor and manage production resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of production improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
