CV Cempaka Harapan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy HR Manager to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our human resources department, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Administer and maintain employee records and documents.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll systems and processes.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
