Camp Mart Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Deputy Receptionist to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.,Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the campground and local attractions.,Manage reservations and bookings.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Perform other duties as assigned by the Receptionist.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
