📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and develop training programs and materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Collaborate with the Training Officer to plan and coordinate training activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of our clinic's performance management system.
• Provide guidance and support to staff members to help them achieve their professional goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the field of training and development.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive and engaging training environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using training management software.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English languages.
• Certification in training and development (preferred).
