📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate the entire export-import process, from order processing to shipment tracking and customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Manage and optimize our EXIM operations to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless cross-border transactions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of our EXIM operations.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to ensure the smooth operation of our EXIM processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in global trade and logistics.
• Utilize tools such as SAP, Oracle, and other relevant software to manage and optimize our EXIM operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in the manufacturing or global trade sector.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Proficient in using EXIM software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, and others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with English and other relevant languages is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
