📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and payable on a regular basis.
• Process and track invoices, payments, and credit notes using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable through follow-ups and negotiations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement financial policies and procedures.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash flow management and accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
