📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Administer employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
