📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance issues.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Support the company's training and development initiatives.,Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR metrics and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
