Diamond Bold Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Padang. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Experience in sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and customer preferences.,Familiarity with hybrid work environments.
