📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries,Maintain and organize cash register and inventory records,Assist in restocking merchandise and maintaining a clean and organized store environment,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service,Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner,Assist in training new employees on cash register operations and customer service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail environment,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic computer and cash register systems,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language and English is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
