Gate Easy Corporindo is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our purchasing processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of supply chain management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet company objectives.,Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.,Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocks.,Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance.,Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using purchasing software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
