📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the end-to-end operations of our logistics network in Bangka Belitung, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of operations managers and supervisors.
Implement and optimize logistics strategies using advanced tools such as SAP and JDA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain efficiency and cost savings.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce logistics.
Represent Tokopedia at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing logistics operations.
Certifications in Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management are a plus.
Strong understanding of SAP and JDA software.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
