📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and supervise the operations team,Ensure that all processes comply with company policies and procedures,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Work closely with the management team to achieve business goals,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors,Ensure that all operations are carried out in a safe and secure manner

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and best practices,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
