CV Dwi Mega is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our business in the Indramayu region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service, and will be able to effectively manage a team of sales representatives. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with the local team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring they meet their targets and KPIs.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
