PT Wana Mandiri is seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and initiatives to improve workplace morale.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business goals.,Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a remote or international setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
