PT Surya Nusantara is seeking a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. As a Learning Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This is a remote position, offering flexible working arrangements and a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with company goals and employee development needs.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and online courses to employees.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and provide solutions.,Utilize various e-learning platforms and tools to create engaging and interactive training content.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and company objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and e-learning technologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and development.
