📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and customer interaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market analysis and provide regular sales reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Valid SIM (Driver's License) and reliable transportation.
