📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and direct high-quality 3D motion graphics for various projects, including commercials, animations, and interactive media.,Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and other team members to bring visual concepts to life.,Ensure the technical and creative standards are met for all projects.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D motion design.,Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.,Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Create and maintain design assets and libraries for consistent branding and style.,Present work to clients and stakeholders, explaining the creative process and final deliverables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in 3D motion design and animation.,Proficient in industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D.,Strong understanding of visual storytelling and narrative techniques.,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Portfolio showcasing a range of 3D motion design projects.,Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
