📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on Tiffany & Co's extensive range of luxury jewelry, watches, and accessories.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique preferences and needs.,Assist clients in selecting and purchasing the perfect luxury items, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases to offer the latest and most exclusive items to clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and achieve monthly and annual targets.,Participate in in-store events and promotions to create a memorable and engaging shopping environment.,Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in a high-end jewelry or accessories department.,Proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management.,Strong knowledge of Tiffany & Co's product range and brand values.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire clients.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Certification in luxury retail or customer service is a plus.
