Flexport is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive the company's growth and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain financial plans and forecasts for the company's operations in Bali and beyond.,Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities and risks, and provide recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Provide financial analysis and support to business units to drive decision-making and improve performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.,Lead and mentor junior team members to develop their financial planning and analysis skills.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.,Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.,Experience with financial reporting and analysis software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.,Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving business performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
