📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, delivering meals, and clearing tables.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and service standards.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service skills.
  • Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a Service Crew member, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
