📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair Coway water purifiers and air purification systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Perform routine servicing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including product demonstrations, training, and after-sales support.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address any issues with existing systems.
• Collaborate with the local Coway team to ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest Coway product features and industry best practices.
• Document all service activities and customer interactions for quality assurance purposes.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing water purifiers or air purification systems.
• Familiarity with Coway products and their technical specifications is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for service calls.
• Proficiency in Indonesian (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel to customer locations within Surabaya and surrounding areas.
