📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cultural heritage preservation strategies in collaboration with local communities and government agencies.
• Oversee the documentation, restoration, and interpretation of cultural heritage sites using tools like GIS and CAD software.
• Conduct research and publish findings on the cultural heritage of Bangka Belitung.
• Organize and lead cultural heritage tours and educational programs.
• Manage partnerships with international organizations and institutions focused on cultural heritage.
• Ensure compliance with national and international cultural heritage preservation regulations.
• Represent the organization at cultural heritage conferences and events.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff on cultural heritage preservation best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Cultural Heritage, Anthropology, History, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cultural heritage management or a related field.
• Proven track record in cultural heritage preservation projects.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Strong knowledge of GIS and CAD software for cultural heritage documentation.
• Certification in cultural heritage management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Passion for and commitment to the preservation of cultural heritage.
