📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring that all materials are organized and ready for use.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and properly maintained.
• Assist in the coordination of event activities, including registration, check-in, and check-out processes.
• Provide excellent customer service to event participants, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.
• Work collaboratively with the event team to ensure that all event objectives are met and that the event runs smoothly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and health guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of event materials, including signage, promotional items, and other event-related materials.
• Stay updated on event schedules and make any necessary adjustments to ensure a successful event.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in event coordination or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with event management software such as Eventbrite or Cvent.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Availability to work part-time, including weekends and evenings as needed.
