Product Development Executive (Food & Beverage)

Wide Tropism Trading Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and innovation of our food and beverage products. As a member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new and exciting products to market.

This is a full-time position based in Bali, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with travel to various locations within Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and innovate new food and beverage products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to source ingredients and materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Manage product development timelines and budgets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development or related role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with food and beverage industry software and tools.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Bali.
